A perfect book for anyone who just started or is involved in powerlifting!

The title gives you exactly to 100% what you should expect to find in Mr. Gary F. Zeolla excellent book! After having an 8 year long lay off from training due mostly to lack of results of using latest "super bodybuilding routine". This book gave a much more realistic but still motivational what I or any regular person can do to make regular gains and the book will even take you all the way to be a competitve powerlifter. Mr. Gary F. Zeolla presents the information including everything you need to know about powerlifing in a very logic, personal, and simple way in which everyone can understand. Mr. Zeolla's book gives hopes to guys like me who just turned 50, working full time and having a family and at the same time be able to train and make gains is still possible. I cannot wait for my next workout! I can definitely recommend this book!

Waste of time unless you weigh 114 lbs.

Horrible.The book is not well reasearched as far as what builds absolute strength. there are far better sources on the internet for powerlifting developement.
